Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be so taboo still. So here is the down and dirty you need to know!
Who is a good candidate?
Really anyone who had not optimized hormone levels can benefit from HRT, men, women, pre-menopausal, post-menopausal. What are symptoms of low or not optimized hormone levels?

What’s the process of beginning HRT?
- You’ll consult with a provider to discuss symptoms, health history, etc.
- We will draw your labs the same day to check basic organ functions, hormone levels, vitamin levels, and anything else that may pertain to your symptoms.
- Once lab results are in, usually 2-3 days, we will contact you to schedule a follow up to review labs and pellet insertion if that’s part of your treatment plan.
- Follow up, re-lab draw appointment booked for 5-6 weeks after your insertion to check on your symptoms and ensure your hormones are at optimal levels!
- Once on a maintenance treatment plan, women are typically re-treated every 3 months, men every 6 months.
What is a pellet and where are you inserting it?!
A pellet is a small sterile pill that holds all the bio-identical hormones needed to replace your hormones to optimal levels. It is inserted into the fatty tissue on your butt. Once inserted, they will stay there for 3 or 6 months and slowly release your necessary hormones to improve levels and symptoms! Bio-identical hormones are the most natural form of hormone replacement, and the procedure is pretty much painless and takes about 20mins!
Why do I need the hormone membership?
The membership is $200-$250 per month. This includes all of your initial lab work and your pellet insertions appointments for the year!
